Reincorporation
- You must apply for reincorporation if you want to continue studies that you began at the UAB but dropped out of.
- If you dropped out of studies at the UAB to begin new ones at the UAB or at another university, you still need to apply for reincorporation.
It is a mandatory requirement for requesting reincorporation that the student has not used up the UAB regime of continuity for the programme they wish to rejoin, except in cases where the sixth examination attempt was used up in a programme prior to the EHEA.
- If the applicant has a digital signature/certificate, the application must be submitted through the UAB Electronic Office: https://seuelectronica.uab.cat. You must select the “sol·licitud genèrica” procedure.
- If the applicant does not have a digital signature/certificate, the application must be submitted to the Academic Management Office of the Faculty of Law. Please remember, you must request an appointment in advance.

Enrolment:
The final decision will indicate the enrolment procedure and dates.
If you wish to have subjects taken at other universities recognized, you may apply for recognition from the date on which you enrol, in accordance with the information you can consult here.
If you are entitled to any tuition fee waiver or discount, you must submit the corresponding supporting documentation before enrolling (original and copy).
