IURISLAB Legal Clinic

With the aim of promoting university social responsibility, we have established the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law, known as IURISLAB. This initiative offers an opportunity for active learning and practical training for law students, integrating them into a supportive and continuously operating environment. Based on the clinical method of legal education, the clinic provides a platform for applying the knowledge acquired to real-life situations, contributing to both the academic and personal development of its participants.

In general terms, according to Article 23 of the SEDIJ Regulations, in order to achieve the objectives of the legal clinic, the following activities may be carried out, among others:

• Study and analysis of cases and the drafting of various documents such as, depending on the request submitted, written responses, reports or legal opinions, memoranda or protocols that reflect the results of the study carried out.
• Conducting training and informative activities such as seminars, workshops, or conferences.
• Preparing training texts and teaching materials for learning the clinical methodology.
• Participating in national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Promoting collaboration agreements with various organizations and entities, professional associations, and other institutions that contribute to achieving the objectives of the clinic.
• Collaborating with other university legal clinics, both national and foreign.
• Disseminating the activities and results of the legal clinic on a website, as well as through social media or any other means deemed appropriate.
• Applying for and developing research and/or teaching innovation projects, and participating in other national or international initiatives, as well as in networks of institutions and similar bodies that share the same objectives.
• Carrying out any other activity that contributes to achieving the objectives of the clinic.
