InnovaDret

The Legal Clinic aims to promote innovation applied to legal education. In this regard, it is part of the InnovaDret group, created in the 2020–2021 academic year through the initiative of the Dean’s Office of the UAB Faculty of Law. This group was formed by teaching staff from various academic areas. Its main objective is to serve as a space for reflection and open discussion for all those interested in legal education and innovation.

Its seminars and publications provide a platform for implementing innovative teaching methods such as case-based learning, mock trials or parliamentary simulations, doctrinal article discussions, debates, gamification techniques, and more.
