Registration to participate in International Mentoring

The main objective of international mentoring is for international students to interact and network with local students, so we connect you with a local student from your faculty (a mentor) who facilitates your stay at the university. This is a student, just like you, but in addition to being a friend to meet, get to know other people and discover new places, they will also be able to guide you during your first days at UAB. International mentoring is not just about asking for information, it is about keeping in touch during your time at UAB, having a friend before you arrive and maintaining the relationship throughout the semester.

Who can participate?
All international students coming to study at the UAB campus with a mobility programme, regardless of their nationality or studies. Please note that there must be at least 3 international students from the same faculty who want to have a mentor; no less than 3 students can be assigned to a mentor. This means that the Mentor programme may not be available in all faculties.

Who might be interested in the Internatinal Mentoring?
- International students who want to learn more about the local culture and language and share experiences with local and international students.
- International students who want to get to know the UAB, how it works and the opportunities it offers.
- International students who are interested in meeting people from other cultures.

How to apply ?
If you are interested in having a mentor, please fill in this registration form and we will let you know if you can participate in the international mentoring.
