Teaching methodology

In 2019, a new teaching model for the Bachelor's degree in Law was approved.

This model represents a firm commitment to strengthening teaching quality and enhancing the employability of Law graduates.

It was gradually implemented starting in the 2020–2021 academic year, with the aim of reinforcing academic excellence and improving the development of students’ practical and cross-disciplinary skills.

The main innovation lies in the separation between theoretical classes and practical seminars, held in smaller groups that allow for more personalized attention and continuous assessment of learning.

This change reflects the Faculty’s commitment to providing a more dynamic and participatory education, tailored to the professional needs of future legal practitioners.

Faculty members play a key role in this model: theory coordinators oversee teaching teams and ensure the quality and coherence of course content, while seminars encourage active student participation through methodologies such as case studies, mock trials, and debates.

In this way, the programme seeks to offer a more comprehensive and applied education that strengthens critical thinking, reasoning skills, and the acquisition of professional competencies.
