Work Organisation, Psychosocial Risks and Health

Within the broader context of social inequalities in health, this research area examines the impact of exposure to psychosocial risks at work on workers’ health, taking into account the different dimensions of labour market segmentation and paying particular attention to vulnerable groups.

Research also focuses on work organisation and employment management practices, examining how organisational and managerial practices shape workers’ exposure to psychosocial risks.
