The IET’s research focuses on work and employment relations, understood from a broad and comprehensive perspective.
Work encompasses all forms of activity undertaken by women and men, including paid and productive work, as well as unpaid domestic and care work. The IET also examines how these different forms of work shape and interact with other areas, dimensions and contexts of people’s lives.
