OTS Panel Project

The OTS Panel Study is coordinated by the Psychosocial Risks, Work Organisation and Health Research Group (POWAH) at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), with the participation of the Institute for Labour Studies (IET) and ISTAS-1st of May Foundation of Comisiones Obreras (CCOO).

Its main objective is to examine how work organisation affects the health of employees. It is a longitudinal panel study in which participants are surveyed once a year.
