Ramuné holds a degree in Law from Vilnius University and a PhD in Law from Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, which she completed in 2012. A member of the university’s academic staff since 2002, she has taught Labour and Social Security Law and supervised Master’s theses.
Alongside her academic career, Ramuné has worked in the field of social policy for nearly twenty years, playing a significant role in reforms concerning employment relations, labour dispute resolution, children’s rights and pensions, among other areas. Since 2019, she has also practised as a lawyer with the Lithuanian Bar and worked as a researcher at the Institute of Sociology of the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences.
Her research focuses on areas including psychosocial health at work, occupational safety and health, trade union empowerment, working time, wages and the posting of workers.
Clara Llorens Serrano holds a PhD in Sociology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). She has worked at ISTAS (Trade Union Institute for Work, Environment and Health) - Fundación 1º de Mayo since 2001 and has been an Associate Lecturer in the UAB Department of Sociology since 1999.
She has been an affiliated researcher with the Research Group on Psychosocial Risks, Organization of Work and Health (POWAH) since 2017. Her main research areas include the relationships between psychosocial risks, employment management practices and health, with particular attention to class and gender inequalities; participatory processes for the prevention of psychosocial risks at source; and the development of the COPSOQ methodology COPSOQ (ISTAS21, PSQCAT).
He holds a PhD in Sociology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and has 13 years of experience in social research. He is currently a Professor of Sociology at the University of Zaragoza and an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Labour Studies (IET).
His main research interests include European employment governance, employment relations, employment and working conditions, employment policies, and vocational education and training. He has participated in several European comparative research projects in these areas and, more recently, in projects examining the impact of digitalisation on working conditions and employment relations.
