Request for participation in external SGR groups

DESCRIPTION
Processing of the authorization to participate in SGR groups outside the UAB. The request must be submitted by the interested party.

REQUIREMENTS

The UAB's internal policy establishes that:

• The activity of our institution's research support technicians is limited to UAB groups and projects, it is not possible to extend it to other entities and/or institutions. It is not about their connection with the UAB, but the type of tasks they develop.
• The participation of predoctoral students in external groups or projects cannot be authorized given that the contract that binds them to us is for dedication to a concrete project of the UAB, the only exception would be if their thesis director and/or project manager in the that she is contracted will also participate in the same project and we would have also asked for her authorization to participate in that same external project, given this situation, yes it could be managed.

REQUEST
To request authorization, fill in the following Application for participaton in external SGR groups, convert it into PDF format, sign the second page, and submit the complete document to recerca.respon@uab.cat for processing of the authorization signature by the Office of the Vice-Rector.

RESOLUTION
Your request will be evaluated by the Vice-Rectorate and you will be informed of its resolution.
