Scheduled academic activities

Exceptionally, and depending on previous background, it may be advisable for the PhD applicant to take up to 30 additional credits, including, if necessary, the research credits, to complete his or her training.

No specific curriculum is established for this PhD. Each dissertation director/advisor will determine the activities the student should carry out while preparing the dissertation.

Schedule of a regular seminar for research presentation and discussion.

Progress report

Yearly progress of the PhD student activities is reported through an oral presentation on the status of the work completed to be evaluated by a committee of three doctors appointed by the PhD Studies Committee.

Assessment methodology and conditions are specific to each program.  Please check the criteria for this particular PhD program.

Based on progress reported, the PhD Studies Committee might recommend the student's dismissal from the programme to the Graduate Studies Subcommittee.
