CALENDAR FOR CARRYING OUT THE COMBINED EXAM PRIOR TO THE HOMOLOGATION OF FOREIGN QUALIFICATIONS

ENROLMENT: 

  • From 2nd December 2019 to 27th January 2020.
  • All registrations submitted after 27th January 2020 will be rejected.
  • It is necessary for the applicant to specify in the application which tests it has the intention to take.

EXAMS: 

  • From 3rd to 7th December 2020, in lecture room 5 of the Faculty of Law.

CORRECTION CRITERIA:

  • Each question will grade from 0 to 10 points and the exam mark will be the arithmetic mean. Whoever gets 5 or more points will pass the test and the mark will be PASS. Failure to pass the test will be marked as FAIL.

MARKS:

  • 14th February, publication of the marks.

ORDINARY REVISION:

  • Students can submit the revision application in writing to Academic Management on February 17th and 18th or by email to ga.dret@uab.cat (by attaching the scanning of your identification and specifying what test you want to review)
  • The review will be done on February 21st. During the previous days, the person concerned will be informed of the time and place where the review will take place.
  • Students who have requested the ordinary revision will have to attend it in person. Otherwise, it will be understood as they renounced their request.
  • Once the revision is completed, the corresponding faculty will notify Academic Management (on the same day) of the result of the revision.

SIGNATURE OF CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS:

  • 21st February 2020.

EXTRAORDINARY REVISION:

  • Students can submit their application for extraordinary revision in writing to Academic Management on the 24th and 25th of February.
  • An extraordinary revision cannot be requested if the ordinary revision has not been previously done or if the student has not attended it.
  • Students who have requested the extraordinary revision must personally attend it. Otherwise, it will be understood as they renounce their request.
  • Meeting of the extraordinary revision tribunal on 28th February at 10:00 am in the Dean’s office.

To formalise the registration for the test, the applicants will have to submit to Academic Management of the Faculty of Law:

  • Original and copy of ID, passport or residence card.
  • Original and copy of the Ministry’s resolution on the approval of the foreign university degree.
  • Certificates of subjects passed at other universities if the opportunity arises.
  • Proof of payment of administrative fees (152,66 €).

Payment can be made by depositing the following BBVA count number: ES48 0182 6035 43 0201609886 (SWIFT CODE: BBVAESMMXXX) or by credit/debit card at the window of Academic Management of the Faculty of Law.

People who don’t live in Barcelona can submit this documentation by fax to the number 935812732, or by email to the following address. This does not exempt you from submitting the original documentation within the period established in the call:
