For maintenance work on the UAB's computer services, the online procedures will be out of service between December 26 and December 30.

The processing resolution time is 7 to 10 working days from the date of the application. 
In case the procedure requires the payment of a fee, the resolution time of the procedure will start once it is paid.

Due to maintenance work over the weekend, there may be intermittent interruptions which affect the Procedures Service. 

Enrolment modification

This form is active in two periods:

  • From October 1 to 17, 2022
  • From February 1 to 17, 2023(*)

Process to request the modification and/or cancellation of credits or change of group.

(*) During the second period, you will only be able to request changes in second term subjects.

Bachelor's Degree enrolment and Official Master's Degree cancellation

Period: Until 03.11.2022
For duly justified exceptional cases of exceptional gravity, the student may request the enrollment cancellation within the period established in the academic calendar.

Resolutions will be signed and sent in electronic format. Exceptionally, if required in paper format, they must be noted in observations.
