The official Bachelor's in Prevention and Integral Security, the first official degree in this field accredited by AQU in Spain, provides interdisciplinary training focused on the comprehensive management of risk in public and private organizations.

1. Specialization in Occupational Safety

This specialization qualifies graduates to work as Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technicians in the three officially recognized disciplines:

  • Industrial Hygiene

  • Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology

  • Workplace Safety

The main associated professional fields are:

  • Occupational risk prevention and fire prevention

  • Quality and environmental management

  • Technological risk management

  • Data protection and information security

Requirements:

  • Specialization in Occupational Safety

    • Mobility and Road Safety

    • External Internships

    • Final Degree Project in this field

 

✔ Qualifying Certification as Security Director

To obtain the Professional Identification Card (TIP):

  • Specialization in Private Security Management and Private Investigation

  • Elective subjects in:

    • Civil Protection

    • Occupational Safety

    • Final Degree Project in this field
       

✔ Qualifying Certification as Private Detective

To obtain the Professional Identification Card (TIP):

  • Specialization in Private Security Management and Private Investigation

  • Elective subjects in:

    • Advanced Security Law

    • External Internships

    • Final Degree Project in this field

 

✔ Certification as Competent Technician in Self-Protection Plans

Since the 2024 academic year, the degree regardless of specialization qualifies graduates to obtain certification as a competent technician in the development of Self-Protection Plans for activities and facilities of interest to local civil protection authorities.


How to Obtain the Certifications

To apply for these certifications, the corresponding administrative procedure must be completed. Prior application for the official Degree certificate is required.
