WHERE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
Before starting the application procedure, please READ CAREFULLY the agreement on the offer of places and admission criteria for the change of Spanish university studies.
PLEASE NOTE THAT according to article 226. Criteria for the resolution of applications for recognition of the Academic Regulations of the UAB (Agreement of the Governing Council of 7 July 2022).
Recognition is based on the subjects originally passed and not on their recognition, validation or adaptations, and the qualification originally obtained is retained.
Steps to follow:
1. To access the application you need a university identification number (NIU) and a password. To obtain them:
- If you are not a UAB student, log in and enter your identification details to register.
- If you are or have been a UAB student, have been assigned a university identification number (NIU) and remember your password, go directly to the application.
- If you are or have been a UAB student but you do not remember your university identification number (NIU) and/or you do not remember your password, re-enter all your identification data to recover them.
2. Enter your personal and academic details in the different sections of the application form.
3. Scan the necessary personal and academic documents and attach them to the application form. The documents are attached in pdf, jpg, word format (maximum 4 mb).
4. Pay the mandatory application fee (54,54€).
5. If you wish, you can download the proof of application for admission.
Resolution of Access to Change with Spanish University Studies academic year 2024/25 (Will be published June 19th, 2024)

Students admitted will recieve an email with all the information about the enrolment during the last week of June.
People who have not been admitted can go through academic management to collect the original documentation they have submitted. The custody of this documentation will be completed by Octuber 14th, 2024.
After this date, the destruction of this documentation will proceed.
