How to make an appointment
If you want to come to the Academic Management Service, you have to make an appointment using the following application:
Opening hours
Our opening hours are:
- From Monday to Thursday from 9.30 to 13:30 hours and from 15:00 to 17:00 hours.
- Friday: from 9:30 to 14:00 hours
Christmas Holidays: Closed from the 23rd of December 2022 to the 8th of January 2023 (both included).
Easter Holidays: Closed from the 1st to the 10th of April 2023 (both included).
August:
- Closed the 1st , 2nd , 30th and 31st of August 2023, with telephone service from 10am to 13pm (93 581 19 93 / 93 581 19 94)
- Closed from 3rd to 29th of August 2023 (both included).

This service deals with tasks related to administrative and academic affairs for students and teaching staff.
