UNICEF seeks specialists in human resource policies

.Those selected will offer assessment to individual cases, represent UNICEF in working groups with other agencies, prepare documents on human resource policies, etc.
The organisation is looking to incorporate people from around the world who speak English and are graduates in studies related to the management of human resources, in private or public administration, in industrial relations, psychology, social sciences, law and other similar fields.
Candidates must also have five years experience in the management and administration of human resources, preferably in relation to the United Nations, and experience in international or multicultural media. The combination of high academic qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered in the case of those who do not have experience in the aforementioned sectors.
UNICEF is a permanent organisation of the United Nations in charge of helping poor children living in developing countries. The organisation focuses on five priorities: survival and development of infants; basic education and gender equality; protecting children from violence, exploitation and abuse; AIDS in children; and monitoring policies to ensure the protection of children's rights.
