The delegates have participated during the academic year in 7 classroom-based training sessions and 5 online training activities. Besides that, “elCens de delgats i delegades de grup academic”, a delegates register, has offered onsite and virtual support. From the 25th through 29th of May, thirty delegates participated in the assessment, which this year was carried out online. This activity has been carried out with two padlets and three discussion forums, one for each topic to assess, which have been suggested by the delegates who participated.

The debate has focused on three topics and the students could take part in small groups through padlet and discuss them in-depth in the forum created on delegates’ Moodle.

One of the discussed topics was the delegates' function in the academic follow-up. Their role in the academic monitoring bodies was highlighted and the great challenges of communication between the dean, the delegates, and the academic group has been raised. Another topic discussed was the role of the delegate beyond the classrooms and their participation in faculty and campus activities, which unites the academic group and even complement the curriculum formation. The last axis of the debate has been the recognition of the role of the delegate, in which it has been discussed the lack of recognition of the work in many aspects and how making a conscious election process the academic group could value more the importance of the delegates’ task. To conclude the activity and the course as delegates, the reflections of each group were shared in a video-session of Teams on Friday 29th May.
