Take part in the UAB Welcome Fair

Do you know what the university offers you? Would you like to be part of a “castells” society? And what about playing in a rugby team? Or maybe would you rather dance swing? Next Thursday, September 19^th, you will have the chance to get acquainted with the UAB associative fabric at the Student’s societies and UAB services Fair.

If this is your first year at UAB and you don’t know yet the associative fabric and services offered by the UAB, on Thursday, September 19^th you will have the chance to get acquainted thanks to the Student’s societies and UAB services Fair. This fair will be held on UAB’s Plaça Cívia, from 12 pm to 4 pm, and it will be the opening shot for the academic year 2019/2020.

In this event you will get to know the societies that are registered in the elDirectori of the UAB —the university’s associative fabric register— and you could be part of one of them. You can also be informed about the services that you will have at your disposal during your stay at the UAB and meet other students with whom you share interests and who will be your classmates.

This fair is also included in the schedule of the International Welcome Days — a week with reception activities for international students that will do an exchange at UAB during the academic year 2019/2020. The goal of this event, that will take place from September 12^th to 19^th, is that new students can get acquainted with the university campus, UAB societies and services and meet other students, both international and local.
