Open call to request grants for student participation

Are you part of a student society legally registered in elDirectori or a Student Council in UAB? If that’s the case, your association can benefit from financial aid for student participation in university. You can apply for this grant up to 15 February.

UAB launched a call for student associations to request grants addressed to encourage student participation in university. Associations that can benefit from these grants are Student Councils and student societies legally registered in elDirectori.

The budget can get up to 12.500 € as in the two previous years. Even so, grant quantity per activity and association is limited. Each activity can receive a maximum of 70 % out of the total budget or 600 € maximum. Likewise, highest quantity an association can aim for is 1500 € for a maximum of three applications. The three criteria to give this grant are: organizing activities on campus, promoting equal opportunities and teamwork.

Applicants must argue these aspects in their applications. The evaluation committee will be formed by Sara Moreno, the Vice-Rector for Students and Employability; two specialists of the Dinamització Comunitària unit; a student representative from the CEUAB’s permanent committee and two representatives from societies registered in elDirectori, according to the conditions of the grants. Resolution of applications will be published on 8 March.
