Open call to apply for lockers and to update student societies information
Student societies that are currently registered in elDirectori may apply for a locker for the next academic year (2016-2017) from 15 June to 10 July 2016. The allocation of the lockers will depend on the compliance with the terms and conditions of use of the lockers during last academic year, a first-come-first-served basis critera, among others.

The student societies registered in elDirectori must update their information every year with the objective to inform of any changes that the entity has had and to corroborate the maintenance of their associative activity. In this way, elDirectori, the registry of UAB associations and organisations, and the information about student societies is updated and we can guarantee that all the registered societies are active and organizing activities at the UAB.
On the other hand, the student societies can apply for a locker in the Hotel of Entities to use during the next academic year (from 15 September 2016 until 15 July 2017). The allocation of the lockers intends to cover the storage needs of the societies, so that they can keep there all the material for the activities that they carry out at the UAB Campus. The allocation of the lockers will depend on the compliance with the terms and conditions of use of the lockers during the 2015/2016 academic year; a first-come-first-served basis; the storage needs of student societies; and the trajectory and consolidation of student societies at the UAB.
The student societies that want to apply for a locker must fill out this form and deliver it to the General Registry of the UABor to any Academic Management office. We remind you that the Registry is open from 9 am to 6 pm during June and from 9 am to 2 pm during July.
