Obtain your ECDL certification

European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
The Graduate School at UAB, under the Cluster in Education and Training, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Association of Computing Technicians (ATI in Spanish) with the objective of facilitating UAB students to obtain the ECDL certification with a significant discount.

28/05/2014

The ECDL courses launched at UAB are online, combining individual work with each student's participation in virtual forums.

The European Computer Driving License (ECDL), implemented in over 140 countries, is currently the most useful and internationally recognized certification to demonstrate knowledge and mastery of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Obtaining this credential allows a substantial improvement of the curriculum, as it is strongly valued by companies, especially at an international level in countries like Germany, England or Italy, where there have been more than one million tests in recent years.

Course’s contents are:

  • Module 1: Concepts on information technologies (15 hours). 37 €
  • Module 2: PC use and file management (23 hours). 52 €
  • Module 3: Word processing (30 hours). 64 €
  • Module 4: Spreadsheets (30 hours). 64 €
  • Module 5: Databases (44 hours). 115 €
  • Module 6: Presentation and design (15 hours). 48 €
  • Module 7: Network services (23 hours). 52 €

Modules are open for registration from 13/05/2014 to 31/07/2015, during the whole academic period.
