Perdiu wins the EXPONATURA photo competition
The Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology (BABVE) has chosen the winners of the EXPONATURA UAB 2022, a photo competition focusing on nature and biodiversity.
The photo Perdiu, by Jordi Bartolomé Filella, won first prize in the EXPONATURA UAB 2022 photo competition, which was announced on Thursday 9 June. The second and third prizes went to the photos Puc entrar, by Arnau Soler Costa, and Rugit de lleó marí, by Pau Nolis Fañanas.
The competition, open to all members of the UAB community: students, lecturers, researchers, alumni and services and administrative staff, focuses on the subject of biodiversity and was conducted under the framework of the 7th Scientific Conference organised by the BABVE, in collaboration with the Faculty of Biosciences. The activity received financial support from the Altaïr bookstore, the nature lovers' store Oryx, photo professionals Orlum, and the Abacus store.
The UAB's Cultura en Viu website includes an online presentation of the photos thanks to the support of the UAB Office of the Vice Rector of Communication and Culture.
