In an extraordinary session held on 15 January, the UAB Governing Council passed the following three exceptional measures concerning student evaluations during the 2020/21 academic year in view of the emergency situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

1.    In order to participate in the evaluation and recovery process of a subject or module, students will not be obliged to have obtained a minimum score in their subject or module average, thereby leaving in suspension Article 112ter.3 of the Academic Regulation (Normativa Acadèmica).

2.    Class attendance per se will not affect the final mark of a subject or module, except in the case of compulsory practical sessions in which attendance is obligatory.

3.    The level expected to have been obtianed by students and on which they will be evaluated must be in concordance with the adaptations made to the Covid-19 situation in both theoretical and practical teaching.

These agreements will come into force once thay have been passed, and are in no case retroactive for the part of the semester already evaluated. No other academic regulations are affected by these changes.
