A term that will place the new leadership at the forefront of European sport psychology until 2030.

Dr. Yago Ramis takes on the presidency of this European confederation, which brings together 28 national societies and around 250 individual members, consolidating its leading role in coordinating sport psychology at a continental level. During his mandate, Ramis will lead a new stage focused on consolidating the organization's growth and key assets, such as the biennial congress, the supervision of the journal Psychology of Sport and Exercise, and a review process of professional accreditation systems for both the federation and its member entities.

To manage the federation during the 2026-2030 period, the newly presented and approved executive list consists of Yago Ramis as President, Michala Bednarikova (Slovakia) as Secretary General, and Jolan Kegelaers (Belgium) as Treasurer. The team is completed by ordinary members Alexis Ruffault (France), Anastasiya Khomutova (Ukraine), Fabrizio Sors (Italy), Franziska Lautenbach (Germany), Małgorzata Sławińska (Poland), and Recep Gorgulu (Turkey).

Likewise, the goals set by Yago Ramis and his team include consolidating FEPSAC's growth process, promoting an approach to sport psychology focused on well-being prevention and protecting athletes' mental health, and encouraging collective work that involves their entire environment, from coaches to high-performance centers and sports entities.
