Dr. Laura Carbonero publishes the book 'Coopitiendo' with INDE publishing house

The book 'Coopitiendo' proposes cooperative methodologies that promote learning, active participation, and the inclusion of all students in school Physical Education sessions.

IRE-UAB researcher, Dr. Laura Carbonero, has recently published the book “Coopitiendo” with the specialized publishing house INDE. This work is the result of the translation of her doctoral thesis, entitled "Ensenyar i aprendre l'esport a través de l'aprenentatge cooperatiu. Un estudi de cas en l'Educació Física escolar", which was supervised by Dr. Maria Prat and Dr. Carles Ventura.

The main objective of the publication is to approach and develop competitive content through a cooperative methodology. This pedagogical approach aims to promote the inclusion of all students in the classroom, ensuring both their academic learning and active and equitable participation in different Physical Education sessions.

This new editorial release adds to the center's research assets, showcasing how postgraduate academic studies are transformed into practical and applicable tools for sports education professionals.
