Tasks:

• Support and review of creation of purchase requests made by different IT departments. 
• Management and filling of suppliers' proposals.  
• Support of regular evaluation of suppliers' quality.  
• Support of renewal of mantenance contracts.  
• Support of mantenance of SW licenses inventory. 
• Support of preparation of regular reports about the current state of the department.  

Specific requirements:

• Graduates in Business Managamanet, Economics, International Business or similar with studies in Information Systems.
• Minimum of C1 English level is required 

• Interested in Information Technologies and willing to learn.• Expert level of the Office package, especially Microsoft Excel.• Being in possession of the diploma or having the request receipt. 

• Being under 30 years old.
• Being a Spanish or European citizen or a foreign citizen with residence permit.

GRIFOLS- IT area and within the Functional Support department

Tasks:

To ensure a global level the correct operation of all the corporate and non-corporate apps from all the company. We are looking for an intern to join our team.
• You will provide functional global support to all the company users.
• You will manage level 1 and 2 generated issues. 
• You will refer the level 3 issues to the appropriate department and will be in charge of monitoring them.
• You will assign the SAP roles to the new hires, promoted employees and company's internal changes.
• You will propose improvements, based on the experiences registered by users about new apps.  
• You will support the development of new global procedures. 

CITIUS internship in GRIFOLS- Intership ServiceDesk

Tasks:

  • Reset the password of user accounts.
  • Support the workplace (issues with the PC, software setup, new machine installations, etc.)
  • Manage the tickets registered by users and migration of IP phones. 
  • Attend to employees queries within the call centric service from Service Desk. 

Requirements: 

  • Graduated in Computer Engineer, Telecommunications or similar.
  • Minimum of English B2 level is required. 
  • Be under 30 years old
  • Be a European citizen or foreign citizen with residence permit.
  • Have not previously participated in this programme.

Specific requirements:   

  • Graduated with an official Bachelor diploma, approved or accredited, of an Engineer study. 
  • Be a Spanish citizen or a foreign citizen with residence permit.
  • Be under 30 years old. 
  • Have obtained the official Bachelor diploma in the last 4 years prior to this application. 
  • In all cases, the Bachelor diploma should be correctly legalized by the  Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
  • Have not previously participated in the CITIUS Institutional programme. 
  • Big Data training will be valued.

Tasks: 

  • Manage training courses needed by employees to carry out their functions (functional training), while being in constant contact with employees and suppliers. 
  • Register employees to selected trainings, using the SAP training platform, monitoring and processing the documentation that allows to register and evaluate the quality of the courses. 
  • Support the coordination of skills, languages and computer courses offered by the Grifols Academy. 
  • Participate in ad'hoc projects from the area, for example, projects related to the development and well-being of our collaborators, with a continuous improvement and the digitalization of the initiatives organized by the Academy or the management of talent and welcome international programmes. 

Specific requirements:     

• Graduated with a Bachelor diploma in Labor Relations, Law, Business Management. A Master or Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources is preferred.
• Be a Spanish citizen or foreign citizen with a residence permit.
• Be under 30 years old.
• Have obtained an official Bachelor diploma during the las 4 years prior to this application.
• In all cases, the Bachelor diploma should be correctly legalized by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.
• Have not previously participated in the CITIUS Institutional programme.
