Jordi Fernández, researcher from the Department of Basic, Developmental and Educational Psychology and the Stress and Health Research Group at the UAB, will be in the expert's seat of the Science Carriage to talk with passengers about stress and health, work stress and time management, and how resting is related o mental health. He will be doing so on the train leaving the UAB at 10:42 a.m. in direction to Plaça Catalunya and on the journey back, on the train leaving Plaça Catalunya station at 11:28 a.m.
