CORE Seminar: Emotional Well-being and Mental Health in the University Community

The CORE Mental Health Seminar will take place on 1st and 2nd December. This edition will present ongoing research and projects centred on emotional well-being in academia. It will be held jointly with the final conference of the HEARTS (Higher Education Action Response for Trauma Support) European project.

Over the two days, there will be a combination of research results, talks and a health and community services fair at the UAB, as well as cultural activities promoting emotional well-being.
