The Cicle Seminaris a l’Abast series is a training space for dynamisation and participation, where current and interesting topics are discussed. The series includes 8 sessions lasting 2 hours each, independent of each other, with a total duration of 16 hours. Registration can be made for the entire cycle or for single sessions, online or in person.

The seminar “Physical activity, nature and emotional well-being: what does the scientific evidence tell us?” will take place on 15 April. It will focus on the analysis of connection between exercising in natural environments and mental and emotional health. The seminar will reflect on its implications for improving human health and preserving the environment. The event will feature the participation of Antoni Sanz, lecturer at the Department of Basic, Developmental and Educational Psychology at the UAB.
