Requirements

In order to ensure optimal portal functioning, users must have the following browser versions:

- For users whose computers run on the Windows operating system we recommend the browsers Mozilla Firefox (latest version) or Internet Explorer version 8.0 (or higher).

- For users whose computers run on the Linux operating system we recommend upgrading to Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher.

- For Mac users we recommend Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or Safari.

The website is optimised for two resolutions: 1280px and 1024px. You must have JavaScript and CSS options enabled to enjoy the full graphic interface, although they are not essential for browsing.

The university community has a Customer Care and Support Centre (telephone + 34 93 581 21 00) as well as an IT Service at the corresponding site for any clarification.
