UAB students receive six medals at the 2015 University Physics Competition

Live music: Concert by Arlet and Alisda
On Thursday 7 April two of the music groups selected for the Autònoma Actua contest, Arlet and Alisda, will offer to the public a wide range of music. Artlet’s concert will take place at 1 pm and Alisda’s at 4.30 pm, both at the UAB Theatre.

UAB researchers have come up with a method that allows measuring the strength of the coherence of superposition in any given quantum state, similar to the famous Schrödinger's cat, which was simultaneously dead and alive.
