The UAB has incorporated full access to EU Law Live, a leading platform in the field of European Union Law that combines legal current affairs, specialised analysis, and research tools.

Library is exhibiting the only two final degree projects from the 2023-2024 academic year with a gender perspective that received the award and are scientific in nature, both belonging to the Faculty of Sciences. They highlight university research from a critical and inclusive viewpoint. 

The Humanities Library is hosting the exhibition “Els Marges: Fifty Years of History”, a display installed both inside and outside the Journals Room that offers an in-depth overview of the magazine’s origins, its most significant stages, and a selection of the content it has covered over half a century.

The booths on the first floor will become silent spaces starting Monday the 17th November

This November, the Social Sciences Library presents three exhibitions: one dedicated to the 2025 Nobel Prize in Economics; The Boy Who Sold the World, a photographic exhibition by Dom Fernández on loan from AFOCER; and a bibliographic selection on children’s rights, part of the celebration of November 20th, International Children’s Day.

The month of November is the International Games Month and the Libraries of the UAB organize a series of activities in which games are the protagonists!

From 5 November to 19 January, the UAB Veterinary Library hosts a photography exhibition that invites us to look at nature from a new perspective: about thirty bird photographs captured through the practice of birdwatching, an activity that merges a passion for nature with scientific research.

From 13 November to 13 December, the Medical Library will host an exhibition exploring the boundaries between emotions and mental illness. The opening, which will take place on 13 November at 1 p.m., will feature the author, Montserrat Valentí, and Professor Lydia Giménez, who will give a talk entitled From Fragility to Resilience.
