Through sensor-based photography, images of nocturnal mammals and birds photographed in Catalonia are presented.

This month, the exhibition spaces across the library’s two buildings become a cultural meeting point with three proposals that invite reflection and discovery. 

To meet the demand for individual spaces for holding video conferences without disturbing the silence of the library, two new booths designed for this purpose have been installed in the Science and Technology Library and the Social Sciences Library.

The initiative, part of the Virtual Reading Club “Òrbita Lectora” and organised by the Humanities Library, proposes an interdisciplinary reflection on the relationship between technology and society through literature and robotics.

The Science and Technology Library is organising an exhibition to help students become more familiar with the library’s resources and make the most of the search engine’s capabilities, learn about the various materials available for loan, and locate documents more easily in the reading room, amongst other “Bibliotips”.

Easter Holidays 2026

The University libraries will host, next Wednesday, April 15, the first edition of the UAB Game Day, an event featuring demonstrations of board games and video games related to the world of research and knowledge.

Most activities will be free of charge, open to everyone, and will not require prior registration
