Ombuds Officer of the Faculty

The Ombuds Officer of the Faculty of Law is responsible for safeguarding the rights of all members of the Faculty and, for this purpose, may oversee the actions of the University administration. The Ombuds Officer is elected by the Faculty Board for a four-year term and, in carrying out their duties, acts with full autonomy and impartiality.

The current ombuds officer is Dr. José Antonio Fernández Amor.

He may act ex officio or at the request of a party, and any member of the Faculty of Law may contact them to request action regarding a submitted complaint.
