Erasmus+ Program Coordination Stays

Description
The aim of a coordination stay can have two sides: visiting a university with the purpose of signing a new exchange agreement, or visiting a university with which there is already an exchange in order to follow it up.


Places
Each center may request a maximum of one coordination stay per academic year.


Requirements
To carry out a coordination stay, it is not necessary for there to be an Erasmus agreement between the university being visited and the UAB, but it is necessary for the other institution to participate in the Erasmus program.
To be able to do an Erasmus stay, you must have the nationality, permanent residence or refugee or stateless status of one of the participating states in the Erasmus program (the 27 member states of the European Union, the three countries of the European Economic Area -Iceland , Liechtenstein and Norway-Turkey and Croatia)

Financial endowment
€900 maximum per stay.
These stays are subsidized through the funds for the Mobility Organization (OM) of the Erasmus program.


Length of stay
The maximum duration of a coordination stay is considered to be one week.

Deadlines
Submission of applications: until May 31, 2024.
Stays: until July 31, 2024.

  • Complete the application, signed by the teacher and/or the center's exchange coordinator, indicating the approximate budget for the trip.
  • This application must be signed electronically and registered together with a letter of invitation at the UAB's electronic headquarters as a Generic Application. The approval of the requested aid will be communicated to the interested person by email to the address indicated in this document.
  • Once the application has been reviewed, the interested party will be notified by e-mail that the grant has been granted.

Once the stay has been completed, the settlement of expenses will be made, which is subject to the presentation of all the required documentation.
