Enrollment online is easy. Read this step by step to get a quick idea.
Validating credits from vocational training courses or university studies
Very important: in case that you want to recognize credits that have already been passed, you must consult the information related to the recognition and transfer of credits from other university studies and / or the information regarding the recognition of studies in Higher Degree Training Cycles.
This procedure must be carried out before registration: reconigtion of estudies of HVQT
Prepare your documents
If you have any discounts or pay reduced enrolment fees, but have not yet informed the university about it during your pre-enrolment process, you must digitalize the accrediting documentation and send it through the documentation e-form before registering.
lease check which discounts or price reductions you can benefit from and the documents you must submit in each case.
Create a password for your Student ID
The UAB has assigned a Student ID number (NIU) to you and you will need this to register. The NIU is your personal identification number at the UAB, like a national ID or passport number and it allows you to access different services such as the online campus and the UAB email account.
You should wait until you receive a welcome email that we are going to get you before clicking the following link find out your NIU and create a password for it: Creation of password for new students.
When can you do the enrollment?
See the section on enrolment dates for the 1st year. We will also inform you by email of the enrolment period and procedure, as well as the documentation you need to provide.
It is very important that you enrol within the time allowed. If you miss this deadline, you may lose your place and/or the possibility to enrol online.
Prepare the payment
Payment of the registration fee is always made, within 10 days of its formalization. You can find more information on payment methods. Calculate the amount of your registration and deadlines with this simulator.
At the end of the registration, if you have chosen to pay by direct debit, you must download, sing an sent us the direct debit order document (SEPA) using this e-form.
Enter the application Self-registration of new undergraduates, using your NIU and your password. The date and time can be found in the 1st year enrolment date section.

The payment of the registration is made according to the option you have chosen, from the 10 days following its formalization.
