Two grants for stays in Brussels at the Delegation of the Catalan Government

The Secretariat for Foreign Affairs of the Government of Catalonia offers two grants under the Eurostage 2011-2012 programme for nine-month stays at the Delegation of the Catalan Government for the European Union in Brussels.

The Eurostage 2011-2012 programme is open to young university graduates interested in gaining experience in European integration and applying knowledge acquired to continue developing their professional career. The stays last from 1 October 2011 to 30 June 2012.

The objective of the Secretariat for Foreign Affairs in offering these grants is to promote a better practical understanding of European Union policies and activities with a special emphasis on issues directly affecting Catalonia.

Requirements include having a postgraduate degree in European integration (European law, European economic integration, European political studies or other related subjects) or preparing your thesis to be presented in th last trimester of this year. In addition to an excellent level of Catalan and Spanish, you must have a high level of English and French. Deadline for applications is 20 June.
