The UAB to apply salary increases of 2025 (2.5%) and 2026 (1.5%)
The Universities' Committee met on 13 January to discuss the implemention of the pay rises for 2025 and 2026.
On 13 January, the Universities' Committee met to discuss the timetable for implementing the pay rises for 2025 (2.5%) and 2026 (1.5%):
- The 2025 pay rise will be paid in February, with effect from 1 January 2025.
- The 2026 pay rise will be paid in March, with effect from 1 January 2026.
Civil servants from the PTGAS group will also receive their 2025 productivity payment in the month of March.
The pay tables include the increase applied from January 2025 and will be updated shortly with the 2026 pay rise.
