From 13 to 17 June, the UAB held its annual Erasmus Staff Week —an opportunity for members of the administration staff from around the world to get to know the UAB.

During the week, 22 professionals from partner universities in 16 different countries around the world were able to discover the UAB campus and get to know some of the organisational aspects and services offered. They were also informed on the procedures followed to provide support for students and administrative staff participating in the Erasmus+ programme. The participants also gave presentations about the work they do at their own universities to share experiences and gather new ideas in the management of international exchanges for students and staff. For the second year in a row, the Language Service took part in the activities by offering a basic intensive Spanish course.

The UAB has been organising the Erasmus Staff Week since 2008. This year included visits from staff members from universities in Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, France, Ghana, Indonesia, Lebanon, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Uganda and Vietnam.
