The offer presents programmes linked to adult and underage justice, mentoring of asylum-seekers, accompanying hospitalized patients or support for children’s learning. Do you want to know which volunteering suits you best? Come by and become part of #ComandoV!

Academic year 2018-2019 starts off with energy and we are already looking for new volunteers for the Fundació Autònoma Solidària volunteering programmes. This year, the volunteering offer includes up to 8 different programmes. We invite you to give you more information according to your preferences if you fill in this form.

FAS promotes active involvement of UAB students and members of PAS and PDI in different volunteering programmes that provide, among other things, knowledge towards different realities, develops a critical and committed attitude, helps improve beneficiaries’ quality of life and, above all, supports a stance in favour of a more united society and a more equitable world.

This year FAS offers volunteering programmes such as:

-Acollida: the shelter programme offers three volunteering options addressed to people who requested international protection that are in the first phase of shelter in Campus de la UAB.
-CROMA 2.0: Programme CROMA 2.0 is a FAS initiative that promotes connection of UAB with primary schools from Vallès Occidental that have students at risk of social inclusion.
-Justícia: Justice volunteering favours social integration of interns in prisons. In this programme you will be able to suggest ideas, design and carry out different activities both in justice centers for adults and for the youth.

-Let’s Go: Socioeducative programme Let’s Go accompanies and supports students from 2^nd year of ESO to improve their English competences.

-Medi Ambient: in the environment programme you will contribute in building a more responsible university in contact with its territory by promoting environmental education on campus, contact with the biodiversity that surrounds us and other activities related to sustainability.
-Recerca-Acció participativa: the recerca-acció participativa programme connects children and teenagers from 4 different schools from Roquetes, Ciutat Meridiana and La Guineueta with their surroundings. This way we bring them closer to their territory with a proactive attitude and by research.
-Salut: in this programme you will promote health, especially when it comes to healthy habits and consumption as well as sexual-affective education, either in occasional campaigns or actions or by participating in the Xiringu de Salut.
-Sociosanitari: public health volunteering promotes improving hospitalized people’s quality of life as well as their families and their environment as interns in a public health centre.
-UniX: socio-educational programme UniX is addressed to implement a specific educational action whose aim is to encourage mathematical competences and the ability to learn in reduced groups of students from 1^st and 2^nd year from ESO.
