Exhibition at the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archive

On March 19 begins at the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archive the exhibition "Posters" with a selection of posters and books about the subject from the collections of the Documental Centre of the Communication (CEDOC). Posters from political parties, neighbor associations or solidarity campaigns are example of the varied use of this mean of communication.
From the introduction of CEDOC's Eugeni Giral: "Since the end of the XIX century posters are used as a document for the summarization and spreading of political programs, the action of public organisms and the figure of their leaders. Used in all times and countries its gathering, preservation and treatment allow the analysis of the diverse political forces".
