Payment of tuition fees is resumed

As a result of the 11 October cyberattack on the UAB, the payment of tuition fees by direct debit has been stopped. This notification provides details of the dates on which these payments will now be made for the 2021-2022 academic year.

• Enrolments formalised up to 5 October 2021, for which the first instalment has already been paid:
  • The second instalment will be direct debited on 22 December 2021.
  • The third instalment will be direct debited on 16 February 2022.

• Enrolments formalised between 6 and 11 October 2021, for which no payment has been processed:
  • With a one-off payment, these will be direct debited on 19 January 2022.
  • With deferred payment:
    • The second instalment will be direct debited on 22 December 2021 (*).
    • The first instalment will be direct debited on 19 January 2022.
    • The third instalment will be direct debited on 16 February 2022.

(*) The second instalment will be direct debited earlier than the first for logistical reasons.

• Manual enrolments formalised during the cyberattack (enrolments processed from 13 October onwards):​​​​​​​
  • With a single payment, these will be direct debited on 19 January 2022.
  • With deferred payment:
    • The first instalment will be direct debited on 19 January 2022.
    • The second instalment will be direct debited on 26 January 2022.
    • The third instalment will be direct debited on 16 February 2022.

Direct debiting of the third instalment, scheduled for 16 February 2022, will be confirmed in advance through the usual channel.
