The Open Education Week, to be held from 1 to 5 March, is an annual global initiative aimed for students and teachers to raise awareness about the advantages of implementing open educational resources and practices. Open Educational Resources (OER) are based on the recognition of authorship and public domain or an open license that permits no-cost access, use, adaptation and redistribution by others with no restrictions or limitations.
