Open Calls for the annual update of elDirectori de la UAB

Calls for the annual update of elDirectori de la UAB, the university’s registration of associations, are now open.

Today, 3rd of June, calls addressed to student societies in UAB were opened and will close on 28th June.

In the first place, updating the data of the societies registered in elDirectori. All groups have the duty to keep their data updated year after year to continue with their enrollment in elDirectori during the next course. Those who do not will be considered inactive. This procedure allows the university to maintain an accurate record of the associative movement of the university and for it to be a mirror of the active participation that takes place on Campus.

This year, the form for updating data will include a participation map, a survey that is carried out among the groups registered in elDirectori in order to know the characteristics of the associations in UAB (its composition, the faculties where they are most active) and to add value the task of the societies in university.

Lastly, the groups that want to use the lockers in the Hotel d’Entitats during the 2019/2020 academic year should request its use by filling in this request form, both those who are currently using it and those who want to use it for the first time.

Last assembly of elDirectori

The Dinamització Comunitària Unit in UAB organizes a monthly assembly with the associations enrolled in elDirectori. The aim of these meetings is to examine and comment on the relevant aspects related with the participation of these student societies.

This assembly was carried out on 22nd May, befoe the end of the 2018-2019 academic year. The meeting took place in Sala Annexa, in the Hotel d’Entitats, from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Four main issues were discussed during the meeting: the return and proposals from the associations on the development of the IV Equality Plan, the return of the last Consell d’Estudiants de la UAB, open calls in June and information about the upcoming Entities Fair in September.

IMPORTANT: Those associations that do not update their data will be considered inactive and will not be included in the elDirectori registration in 2019/2020.
