These days, delegated have gained special importance. Due to the declaration of the state of emergency, classroom-based courses were ceased at the UAB and a new stage started in the daily life of the student body, that needed more than ever its delegates.

The delegate is the person who creates a link between the faculty and the academic group. These days, since the declaration of the state of emergency and the establishment of online teaching, the role of the delegate has gained special importance. Usually, they are the first person whom students address, and also the first person to whom professors turn to contact the academic group. Then, the delegate’s work, far from stopping, has continued during these days of confinement, and often they have to face new challenges.

Nevertheless, the task that delegates carry out to keep the academic group united and avoid that someone is left behind sometimes is invisible to the UAB community. For this reason, Dinamització Comunitària unit wants to pick up the delegates’ experiences during these days to make it known among the university community.

Delegates can send their experience at elcens.participacio@uab.cat explaining it in a writing, sketch, picture, meme, short video... that means that they can send it in the format they prefer the most. The collection will be published during April and May on the twitter profile of Dinamització Comunitària, focused on giving voice on the web to student representatives.
