The UAB Student Council (CEUAB) is preparing for elections. The CEUAB is the highest body in student representation and its main objective is to communicate the voice of students to the university’s decision-making bodies, and to guarantee the rights of the student community.

The CEUAB was constituted on 25 May, 2012 and it is composed of 55 students. It consists of two bodies: the Plenary and the Standing Committee. The plenary is where discussions take place and decisions are made. Each faculty is represented by 4 students chosen by the Student Council of each faculty. Once a year the plenary chooses the Standing Committee, which is the executive body of the plenary decisions.

Up until 25 February students can summit their candidacies, among which the new Standing Committee will be elected. On the next day, the candidacies will be official, and the voting period will begin on 5 March. You can vote both online and in the Resources Centre for Students Societies.
