A new Culture Card offers advantages on UAB activities

Cultura en Viu has created the "Viu la Cultura" card for those interested in attending and participating in the UAB's cultural activities on campus during the 2013/14 academic year.

With this innovative initiative Cultura en Viu aims to stimulate and promote the students' cultural habits, specifically those taking place on campus and in which members of the university community participate. The initiative aims to strengthen the cultural and artistic background of its members, and especially students, from a critical, aesthetic and creative point of view.

With the card, members will be able to make use of the advantages in attending artistic activities offered at the Theatre, Cinema, or exhibit halls. Those who own the card can earn one ECTS credit by demonstrating that they've attended 12 activities; a 25% discount will be given to those who take part in activities which can be validated for credits by attending a total of 25 activities; members can reserve entries for all "Viu la Cultura" activities and, in addition, are invited to attend as listeners to the rehearsals of the UAB's cultural groups.
