New edition of the EXPONATURA UAB photo competition
The Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology organises a new edition of the EXPONATURA UAB photo competition, focusing on nature and biodiversity. Those interested in participating can submit their entry by 3 June.
The EXPONATURA UAB 2024 photography contest is open to all members of the UAB community: students, lecturers, researchers, alumni and PTGAS. Participants can submit a maximum of two photographs in digital format on the theme of biodiversity. The deadline for submission of photographs is 3 June 2024.
The competition will take place under the framework of the 9th Scientific Conference organised by the Department of Animal Biology, Plant Biology and Ecology of the UAB. The presentation of the winning photographs and the awards ceremony will be held on the same day of the conference, Friday 12 June, at the Faculty of Biosciences, with the collaboration of Altaïr, Som Aguait, Orlum and Abacus. On the same day, starting at 9:30 a.m., all the images presented will be projected in the Sala de Vidre and in the Espai Sud of the Faculty. The photographs will also be published in one of Cultura en Viu's online galleries, with the support of the Office of the Vice Rector for Communication and Culture of the UAB.
