Cooperation and Education for global justice

Courses and conferences

We organise courses, seminars and conferences that encourage critical thinking and social responsibility among the university community. These events address global challenges from feminist, anti-racist and global justice perspectives. These activities may be recognised with ECTS credits.

Global Justice Course

Lecturers and expert speakers explain the main actors and mechanisms of cooperation, as well as the challenges involved in building a university committed to research, teaching and social impact. The talks cover a range of topics in Global Justice, including peace, transformative economies, climate justice, the defence of human rights and gender justice. +INFO

Fem Cooperació per a la Justícia Global Conference

An in-person event where the creators of projects funded by the UAB Solidarity Fund can present their work, impact and results. The conference also aims to reinforce the idea that universities play a key role in historical reparation and in promoting global justice through research, teaching, networking, and disseminating knowledge.
